Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatch Supervisor at Star Plastics Ltd in Juja. The Dispatch Supervisor will be responsi-
ble for overseeing daily dispatch operations, managing a team of dispatch staff, coordinating transportation schedules, en-
suring compliance with dispatch policies, and providing excellent customer service to clients.
Qualifications
• Supervisory Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Dispatching and order fulfilment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Previous experience in logistics or transportation is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in logistics or related field preferred
