Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatch Rider at Jonak Logistics and Courier Services in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Dispatch Rider will be responsible for the timely and safe delivery of packages and documents to various locations. Daily tasks include picking up items, navigating delivery routes, and ensuring prompt delivery while upholding the company’s standards of customer service.
Qualifications
- Experience in courier services or delivery operations
- Knowledge of local and regional routes for efficient deliveries
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet delivery deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid rider’s license and motorcycle handling skills
- Physical fitness and ability to lift packages
