Direct Sales Representative-Bancassurance

To provide complete and appropriate insurance solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Principle Accountabilities

Responsibilities

  1. Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers
  2. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  3. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and continuously improve through feedback.
  4. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  5. Deliver the agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within agreed timelines.
  6. Coordinate sales effort/activations with team members and other departments
  7. Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  8. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
  9. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  10. Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Business/Insurance related Diploma.

Professional:

Certificate of proficiency in Insurance (COP).

Experience:

1 year’s sales experience.
