Ukristo na Ufanisi DT Sacco Ltd. is one of the fastest-growing Christian and community-based Saccos founded by the Anglican Diocese of Mt. Kenya South. The Sacco was initiated in 2001 and is regulated by the SASRA (Sacco Societies Regulatory Authority of Kenya). The Sacco draws its membership from employed and non-employed individuals, groups with a common goal, churches, individuals in business and trade, chamas, and corporates.

Ukristo na Ufanisi DT Sacce Ltd is seeking to recruit a confident, dynamic, proactive, self-driven, and result-oriented individual to join our team in our fast-paced, modern work envirenment. The person must be a self-motivated team player, who strives to make a difference, enjoys challenges, and can work under pressure to achieve set objectives.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Direct Sales Representative is responsible for the acquisition of new business and members within the assigned sales location through making outbound calls and door-to-door visits to market the Sacco products, explain the benefits of these products, in relevance to customer’s needs, and give a centric customer experience to existing members and prospect customers to increase revenues and meet set targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct door-to-door direct selling of all the Sacco FOSA and BOSA products to customers and ensure they know the alternative banking channels and digital platforms.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
    Seek customer feedback on Sacco products.
  • Participate in product and marketing campaigns to ensure product information is readily available to customers.
  • Provide regular sales reports.
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

  1. A diploma in sales and marketing, public relations, or a business-related field from a recognized institution.
  2. Excellent analytical, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Proficiency in computer skills.
  4. Passionate and committed to quality service.
  5. Ability to meet stringent targets within defined deadlines.
  6. Experience in sales, marketing, or client relationship management.
