Key Responsibilities:
- Zoho Proficiency: Utilize Zoho CRM for managing customer relationships, creating marketing campaigns, and analyzing data to optimize marketing efforts.
- Brand Marketing: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the company brand, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.
- Email Marketing: Design, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns. Create compelling email content, manage email lists, and track campaign performance to ensure high ROI.
- Creative Design: Create visually appealing and engaging content for digital platforms including social media, blogs, and the company website to attract and retain customers.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across various platforms. Develop social media campaigns that increase visibility and foster community engagement.
- SEO & SEM: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to drive traffic and generate leads.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and support lead generation activities.
- Innovation: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. Implement innovative marketing techniques to set Chrystals BVS apart from competitors.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Zoho CRM and other Zoho marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with an eye for design and detail.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Zoho Analytics).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
