Digital Marketing Executive

JOB PURPOSE

Promote company’s brand, products and services through social media platforms and serve as a public spokes’ person for the hospital through Digital Media

Academic and professional qualifications

  1. Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field
  2. 3yrs experience working preferrably in the healthcare industry.
  3. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing strategies.
  4. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and major social media platforms.
  5. Comprehensive knowledge of marketing processes and best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, etc.).
  2. Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to maximize ROl.
  3. Conduct market research to identify trends and target audiences
  4. Monitor and analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
  5. Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and email newsletters.
  6. Create and design content explainers such as videos, banners, flyers. Design, develop and edit photos and videos to use in ads that compel people to take actions.
  7. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials.
  8. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
  9. Assist in the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
  10. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  11. Any other duty that may be assigned.
