Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Digital Marketing/IT Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic fields of digital marketing and IT. The ideal candidate will support our digital marketing strategies while assisting with IT-related tasks, gaining exposure to various aspects of both domains.

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist in creating, managing, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., social media, email, SEO).

– Support the development and maintenance of the company’s website and IT infrastructure.

– Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and insights for optimizing marketing strategies.

– Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media, blogs, and other digital platforms.

– Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics.

– Provide technical support to the team, troubleshooting IT issues as they arise.

– Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for digital marketing initiatives.

– Assist in maintaining databases and ensuring data accuracy.

Qualifications:

– Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

– At least a B+ overall KCSE grade.

– Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and IT fundamentals.

– Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools) and content management systems (CMS).

– Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data.

– Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

– Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
