We are looking for friendly and professional Receptionists/Cashiers to provide exceptional guest service and handle front desk and payment duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and manage check-ins/check-outs.
- Handle reservations and inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Process cash and card transactions accurately.
- Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
- Resolve guest inquiries and collaborate with other departments to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Front Office Operations or related field.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in hotel booking software is an advantage.
- Friendly demeanor with a customer-first mindset.
- Multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

MIXOLOGIST

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages.
- Develop signature drinks that reflect our brand.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar, ensuring hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory and place timely stock orders.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and engage with guests.
- Train and mentor bar staff.
- Handle transactions accurately.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a mixologist or bartender in a quality bar or hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of spirits, wines, and beverage preparation.
- Creativity in crafting unique drinks.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in mixology or bartending is a plus.
- Fluency in foreign languages is an added advantage.

ASSISTANT FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Financial Controller to support our financial operations and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily financial operations.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and audits.
- Oversee cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic planning.
- Implement and maintain financial controls.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA/ACCA certification.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
