About the Job
- We are looking for a dynamic Deputy Regional Manager to join our Sales team at M-KOPA as we scale up and drive digital and financial inclusion across our markets.
- In this role, you will lead a team of M-KOPA sales supervisors, focusing on high-performance execution of sales targets, recruitment, and development of a thriving sales network. You will be integral to our mission of empowering lives by providing affordable, accessible products.
- As a servant leader and coach, you will take ownership of driving sales through hands-on leadership of field sales agents, supporting their growth with effective sales strategies, and ensuring adherence to M-KOPA’s standards.
- You will strategize regional sales expansion, oversee KPI achievement, and ensure sales data integrity for insights that fuel our growth.
- Your role will also involve fostering a customer-centric culture, aligning sales practices to uphold quality customer engagement, and championing continuous improvement in our operations.
