As we expand our Delivery & E-Commerce operations, we’re looking for a Delivery Operations – Lead Coordinator to optimize and lead our delivery processes, ensuring speed, accuracy, and outstanding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Delivery Excellence: Ensure 100% order accuracy, swift prep (10 mins), and end-to-end delivery within 35 mins.
  •  Train & Lead Teams: Develop SOPs, conduct branch training, and empower staff to exceed performance metrics.
  •  Bridge Operations & Customer Care: Resolve delivery issues same-day and maintain 4.6+ store ratings.
  • Optimize Tech & Processes: Manage menu updates, pricing, and tablet systems to minimize disruptions.
  • Drive Growth: Achieve quarterly targets (72M KES revenue, 12K new customers) through operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

Leadership & Organization: Proven ability to lead teams, streamline processes, and manage multiple priorities.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, Microsoft Office, and digital order management tools.

Customer-First Mindset: Passion for problem-solving and delivering top-tier service.

Industry Experience: Background in F&B, e-commerce, or logistics is a plus.

Performance Metrics You’ll Own:

  • Sales: 10% quarterly growth in revenue & orders.
  • Ops: Reduce missed/canceled orders by 50-80%.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain 4.6+ ratings and resolve issues within 24 hours.
