Swipe Recoveries Experts ltd is seeking motivated and experienced debt collection specialists to join our team. The successful candidates will be Responsible for collecting debts on behalf of clients by ensuring that client’s debts are collected within the agreed timelines
Position: Accounts Manager-debt collection
Reporting to: Team leader
Roles and Responsibilities.
• Collect debts on behalf of clients through calling debtors, sending emails and text messages then negotiating on settlement or repayment plan.
• Advise debtors on ways of clearing their debts while advising them on the importance of paying their debts and consequences of non-payment.
• Record/ update information about customers’ financial status and collection efforts’ status by updating call outcomes
• Manage personal portfolio, ensuring all debtors are given necessary attention and ensuring set collections targets are met.
• Preparation of monthly progress reports on accounts held as required
• Prepare monthly reports and any other report that may be requested.
· Ensure compliance with the full collections processes, controls, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
• Must have proven experience in Debt collection
• Diploma in business related course
• KCSE C- and above
• At least 1 year experience in debt collection
• Fluent in both English and Swahili written and oral
• Proficiency in computer skills MS Word and Excel
• Self-driven, aggressive with Strong Negotiation Skills
• Fluency in both spoken and written English is a must
