
The data analyst will play a critical role in transforming healthcare data for HealthX into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency in a dynamic telehealth environment. This role involves analyzing complex healthcare data from various sources, developing comprehensive reports and dashboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize patient care and minimize costs. The ideal candidate is adept at data visualization, proficient in SQL, and possesses a keen understanding of the healthcare landscape.

Data Collection & Analysis:
· Gather, clean, and analyze healthcare data from multiple sources, including electronic medical records, patient surveys, website analytics, and social media platforms.
· Collaborate with medical staff, including physicians and nurses, to understand their data needs and provide insights that enhance patient care and reduce treatment costs.
· Develop and maintain databases, ensuring data accuracy, relevancy, and completeness.
2. Data Visualization & Reporting:
· Create compelling data visualizations using tools like Power BI and Excel to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to senior management, showcasing key healthcare data and trends.
· Design and develop analytical support for senior management to inform key business decisions, including health plan performance, financial modelling, and strategic forecasting.
3. Process Improvement & Integration:
· Identify opportunities for process improvements within the data analysis function and across the broader organization, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
· Work closely with other departments to integrate data analysis into their decision-making processes, ensuring the effective implementation of data-driven strategies.
· Develop new data-driven processes from scratch to support additional decision-making needs within the company.
4. Strategic & Operational Support:
· Create, update, and maintain departmental dashboards to support the development of operational and strategic reports across all departments.
· Provide ad-hoc analysis to support executive decision-making, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
5. Collaboration & Advocacy:
· Advocate for optimal performance on key success factors, effectively communicating analytical insights and promoting data-driven decision-making across the organization.
· Identify opportunities to enhance the team’s analytical capabilities, mentoring colleagues to maximize process efficiency and data utilization.
