Role summary:
As a Data Analyst at Leta, you will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across both internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with various teams to analyze, visualize, and interpret data, helping optimize logistics and operational efficiency. Your expertise in SQL, Google Looker Studio, and data modeling will support the development of performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that empower stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Insights
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to support business teams in optimizing logistics and operations.
- Data Visualization & Reporting
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Google Looker Studio, Power BI, Any other Visual tools
- Present complex data insights in a clear, actionable format to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Automate and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency.
- Data Management & Optimization
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across multiple sources.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data pipelines and accessibility.
- Support data governance efforts, including security and compliance best practices.
- Collaboration & Innovation
- Work with operations, product, and engineering teams to define business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest data analytics tools and best practices to enhance Leta’s data capabilities.
Requirements:
Technical Expertise

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience with Google Looker Studio or other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of data modeling and database management.
- Experience working with large datasets and business intelligence tools.
- Bonus: Experience with Python (or other scripting languages for data analysis)
- Bonus: Experience with Machine Learning
- Bonus: Understanding of logistics, supply chain analytics, or operational research.
