Keda (Kenya) Ceramics company Itd is the largest Ceramic Tile Manufacturing Company in Kenya. The company deals with production of Ceramic Tiles and it is located along Namanga road, 6 km to Kajiado town.
The company is seeking to recruit 1 competent and qualified Customer Service Specialist with at least 2 years’ experience with the following descriptions and specifications:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Order preparation,goods issuing and payment follow up.
- Resolving customer complains.
- Receiving, processing and verifying customers orders.
- Follow up sales orders and goods delivery.
- Summarizing sales data
- Keeping a profile of customer information.
- Other duties assigned by the Manager.
Education and other qualifications
- At least 2 years relevant work experience especially in building material
- Strong communication and coordination skills across departments.
- Strong pressure resistance, and physical and mental health.
- Must be a person of high integrity.
