Customer Service Representative

Are you interested in maternal health and wish to support pregnant mums during their pregnancy journey? And are you a mum as well and can relate to most of the things pregnant mothers are going through? Do you have experience supporting maternal health in Kibera? We are looking for you!

 

Responsibilities

  • Moderate and engage mums daily in the WhatsApp groups on an emotional level.
  • Escalate medical questions to our Nurse Midwives.
  • Follow up on social media trends and pick topics of interest i.e. ideas/learnings/concerns in the WhatsApp groups and share with the community
  • Identify crisis and escalate urgently for immediate resolving.
  • Engage mums in the WhatsApp groups by posting daily content.

Qualifications

  • Must be a mum!
  • Must have experience as a Community Health Worker in Kibera
  • Have 1-2 years of experience in customer service, social media or dealing with people with great report writing skills.
  • Be the best and a charismatic Supamum.
  • Should be extremely empathetic and friendly.
  • Should have emotional intelligence to be able to understand clients feelings.
  • Should possess great problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Should have interacted with online report writing tools like Airtable e.t.c.
