Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
- The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve complaints by identifying problems and offering effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc./HND in any discipline with 0-2 years experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
Salary
- N95,000 – N120,000 / Month.
