We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our clients by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to patient care and satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Customer Service, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or laboratory environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer management software.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and laboratory processes is an added advantage.
  • A positive attitude, professionalism, and a strong commitment to patient care.
