Qualifications:
- The incumbent must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Customer service representative
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Experience in Sales and has handled operations in a microfinance or financial service industry

- Reporting skills — Prepare a well-drafted report on daily tasks to the supervisor highlighting gaps, improvements and customer recurring issues.
- Product and Service Knowledge- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to provide informed recommendations and accurate information to customers.
