
JOB SUMMARY
As a Client Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. You will play a critical role in resolving technical issues, providing product information, and maintaining positive client relationships.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- A University degree (BSc) Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience in client support or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A customer-first attitude and the ability to handle challenging situations with ease
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to learn quickly
- A team player who can also work independently
CCNA Certification is an added advantage
