JOB SUMMARY

As a Client Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. You will play a critical role in resolving technical issues, providing product information, and maintaining positive client relationships.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • A University degree (BSc) Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Proven experience in client support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A customer-first attitude and the ability to handle challenging situations with ease
  • Strong technical knowledge and the ability to learn quickly
  • A team player who can also work independently
    CCNA Certification is an added advantage
