Job Description:
As a Customer Service Assistant Intern at Peak Performance International you will play a crucial role in supporting our customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities:
– Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
– Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
– Help resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team members.
– Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
– Collaborate with the customer service team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
– Contribute to the development of customer service training materials and resources.
– Support other administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations of the customer service department.
Qualifications:
– A degree or Diploma in Business, Communications, or a related field.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other like Canva
– Prior customer service experience or relevant coursework is a plus, but not required.
