Aitenga Women Empowerment Organization is hiring a Customer Relationship Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Build and Maintain Stakeholder Relationships.
  • Maintain CRM Records and Database.
  • Manage external communication and Outreach.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure timely support and services with stakeholders.
  • Support Internal Team & HR Functions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer/client/community engagement, stakeholder management, or HR-related roles.
  • NGO experience is an added advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple relationships, organize records, and follow up on tasks in a timely manner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
  • Experience using CRM systems or HR software is an added advantage.
