Customer Development Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time field sales role as a Customer Development Executive (CDE)located in Kenya.

Job purpose is:

  • To Work with the Distributor/ Distributor sales team to deliver agreed business objectives within assigned territory.
  • A key contributor to the success of the PZ Cussons commercial strategic plan with an effective and flexible field sales force; demonstrating industry leadership in both volumes driving & brand building activity.
  • Lead in the delivery of customer and field sales business objectives towards the achievement of the overall organization business and growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/ Certificate in any related field
  • 2-3 years of sales experience with proven previous sales track record
  • Experience working in an FMCG is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge about Branded personal care products sales is preferred.
  • Computer expertise in MS Office e.g Excel, Power point etc.
  • Hold a valid Driving License
