Customer Care Representative

At Rightway Schools, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experience. We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and ensuring a positive experience with our services.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, ICT, Marketing or any related field.

2. At least 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.

3. Excellent communication, Empathy, interpersonal, Active listening and problem-solving skills.

4. Proficiency in ICT and good command of English

5. Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

6. High ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information.

7. A love for reading books will be an added advantage
