To act as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • ICT Competency
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in teams
  • 1-2 years of experience.
