METROCREDIT LIMITED (MetroCredit) is a young company incorporated in Tanzania in 2018 under the Companies Act, 2002 intending to provide financial services to Micro and Medium entrepreneurs. The company is inviting suitable, competent and self-motivated young Tanzanians to fill in the Vacant available at its office in Mwanza as detailed here below;

JOB TITLE: CUSTOMER CARE 1 POST

Job description

  • Give customers information about products and services offered
  • To manage customer queries and complaints
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions and comments
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Qualifications

  • A minimum of at least Diploma in fields of business, finance, economics, social sciences and any other related fields
  • Should not be less than 25 and not more 36 years of age
  • At least 2 years work experience in a recognized Microfinance Institution or commercial Bank with exposure on loan Processing
  • A sound knowledge of Microfinance, principles and practice of banking i.e Credit analytical skills, sales and marketing skills and strong public speaking skills
