Credit Operation & Admin Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities include loan processing and documentation, portfolio growth, general office administration, communication with clients,, customer service, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Degree in a business /or IT related field (BBIT,Bcom,Banking and Finance, Data science.)
  • Possession of an extra qualification as a CPA will be an added advantage.
  • At least 1 year experience in banking or microfinance sectors is a plus.
  • Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
