Eleglance Finance is a privately-owned microfinance institution dedicated in delivering benefits of financial services tailored to individuals, groups and SMEs hat find it challenging to access services from mainstream banks. Our investment goes beyond providing capital but creating innovative solutions tailored towards financial needs of a growing private equity. We opened doors in may 2012 and have since then expanded to 10 branches (Entebbe, Abaita, Kamwokya, kyaliwajala, Kabalagala, Jinja, Mbale, Soroti, Lira and Gulu) with our headquarters in Entebbe.
(1) Credit Manager
i. Must hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, Economics, Microfinance, Development Economics, or any other relevant business-related course from a reputable university.
ii. Master’s Degree or postgraduate in credit management will be an added advantage.
iii. A minimum of 5 years of working experience in credit administration.
iv. Should be a strategic thinker with high degree of innovativeness, creativity, and ambition. Should have strong business and analytical skills.
2. Branch Manager (2)
i. Must hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, Economics, Microfinance, Development Economics, or any other relevant business-related course from a reputable university.
ii. A postgraduate in credit management is an added advantage.
iii. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in credit administration.
3. Credit Officers (4)
I. The ideal candidate must be holding a Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course from a reputable University.
ii. Minimum of 1 years’ experience in credit management ili. Candidates must be below 25 years of age.
