Job Title: Creative Director – Suss Ads

Suss Ads is a leading digital advertising company, pushing the boundaries of creativity and innovation in the digital landscape. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a visionary and hands-on Head of Creative to lead our creative direction and ensure the execution of top-tier, user-centered digital campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Leadership

    • Lead the creative vision for all digital campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and innovation.
    • Collaborate with the Managing Partner and leadership team to set the creative strategy that aligns with Suss Ads business objectives and target audiences.
    • Develop a creative roadmap for new ad formats, including interactive and rich media ads.
  • UX/UI Design

    • Lead the UX/UI design efforts, ensuring seamless user experiences across all digital touchpoints, from websites to campaign landing pages.
    • Oversee the design of user interfaces that are intuitive, responsive, and optimized for performance.
    • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback to foster skill growth.
  • Creative Development

    • Manage the full lifecycle of creative projects, from ideation to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and tech, to ensure creative solutions align with business and user needs.
    • Develop creative assets such as banners, video ads, email templates, and HTML5 ad creatives.
  • Design Research & Innovation

    • Conduct user research, A/B testing, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
    • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously innovate and elevate Suss Ads creative offerings.
    • Translate user research findings into actionable design improvements for clients and internal projects.
  • Collaboration & Communication

    • Work closely with the account management, development, and media teams to deliver high-quality creative campaigns.
    • Present creative concepts and campaign strategies to clients, maintaining strong client relationships.
    • Provide guidance and direction for junior creatives and external vendors or freelancers involved in project delivery.
  • Problem-Solving & Innovation

    • Identify design challenges and provide innovative, user-centered solutions that align with business goals.
    • Drive the development of new ad formats and creative ideas to keep Suss Ads at the forefront of the industry.
  • Team Management

    • Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing direction, feedback, and growth opportunities.
    • Ensure the creative team operates efficiently, managing resources and workloads to meet deadlines.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in website and ad design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
