Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and self-driven Creative Designer to join our Marketing team. As a Creative Designer, you will be the visual storyteller for our brand, responsible for creating engaging and innovative designs across various platforms. You will play a crucial role in bringing our brand to life and capturing the attention of our target audience. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and creative individual with a strong understanding of design principles, a keen eye for detail, and organized.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Content Creation:
- Develop eye-catching artwork for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, etc.) aligned with the monthly content calendar.
- Create engaging videos, Reels, and Shorts to enhance social media presence and drive audience interaction.
- Product Packaging Design:
- Design and produce compelling packaging for new and existing products that effectively communicate product benefits and brand identity.
- Marketing & Communication Materials:
- Design visually appealing artwork for customer communications, including email campaigns and WhatsApp marketing initiatives.
- Design and regularly update the company profile to maintain a fresh and professional brand image.
- Design and update product catalogs to showcase the company’s offerings in an engaging and informative manner.
- Produce high-quality artwork for the company website, ensuring a cohesive and user-friendly online experience.
- Design persuasive business proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
- Design print media to supplement marketing activities
- Design store signage and branding
- Product Photography & Videography:
- Organize and maintain a comprehensive image database of product images, ensuring it remains up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Plan and execute professional photoshoots to capture high-quality product images for marketing purposes.
- Create product unboxing, how-to, and product familiarization videos to enhance customer understanding and engagement. Publish these videos across relevant online platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.).
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Efficiency: Fast turnaround time on design requests without compromising quality.
- Quality: Consistently produce high-quality designs that adhere to brand guidelines and meet project objectives.
- Relevance: Create designs that are relevant to the target audience and effectively communicate the intended message.
- Engagement: Generate high engagement rates on social media through visually compelling content.
- Impact: Contribute to positive product reviews through impactful packaging and product presentation.

Qualifications:
