The Creative & Content Developer is responsible for creating inspired concepts and designs and content
in line with the brand guidelines; support departments with their creative needs, and liaise with partners
on creative execution. The Creative & Content Developer will work closely with the marketing team to
execute the brand look and feel across platforms to communicate the brand guidelines to stakeholders
throughout the organization and vendors.
Key responsibilities:
● Design and produce material for; print eg advertising, billboards, brochures, flyers, corporate
attire, etc.; Electronic and digital eg website banners, e-newsletter, social media, infographics
etc.; motion graphics, animations, branding e.g. office branding, exhibition booths, signage etc.
and video from concept through to final proof.
● To initiate, plan and implement creative designs while ensuring a seamless offline and online
experience across all owned assets.
● Oversee visual identity development for new brand assets and products, ensuring that they
effectively and creatively promote Jambojet brand positioning.
● Ensure brand assets deliver unified messaging and consistent branding across all marketing and
communication touch points.
● Identify gaps in communication materials and give recommendations on how to improve.
● Liaise with marketing suppliers for best in class service and products delivered timely and in the
defined quality.
● Proofreading communication material to produce accurate and high-quality work.
● Manage the company’s video, image and creative library making sure the content is clearly
labeled and well backed up.
● Create user education content including tutorial videos, documentation, and in-app signage like
Appcues
● Create storyboards that depict scripts and narratives as per business briefs.
● In collaboration with the Digital marketing executive, manage all the content on the social media
channels while growing their audiences and communities through engagement
● Participate in digital strategy development sessions and activities.
Qualification
● Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. Digital Marketing certifications
are a plus.
● At least 3+ years of experience working as a graphic designer in a
Marketing/Advertising/Communication/Events agency. Experience within the aviation industry is
a plus.
● Proficiency in using Adobe illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Dreamweaver etc.
● Strong photography and editing knowledge
● Creative copywriting and editing knowledge

● Ability to work on short notice and tight deadlines, with minimal supervision
