Duties
- Calculate and monitor costs for all food and beverage (service & production) items.
- Develop and implement effective cost-control strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage Department (service & production) to address operational and financial challenges.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and generate periodic control reports.
- Analyze menu item costs and recommend price adjustments.
- Contribute to menu engineering to maximize profitability while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management and costing software is a MUST
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in cost control or a related position, preferably within a 4 start hotel
