Job Title: Corporate Social Responsibility Officer

The Corporate Social Responsibility Officer is to work with the Group Executive Director HR & Corporate Services for the creation and implementation of the organization’s social responsibility objectives as well as designing and developing the strategies that support ipNX’s CSR goals. The CSR Officer would be involved in researching, generating ideas, formulating policies, constructing comprehensive plans, establishing links with partner organizations, and implementing, managing, and overseeing a variety of activities and projects aimed at improving the environment and local communities. The officer will also manage CSR budgets and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the design and execution of CSR strategies and programs aligned with the company’s goals.
Identify and develop new CSR opportunities and partnerships.
Assist in coordinating CSR events and initiatives, including community outreach programs.
Communicate the company’s CSR objectives and policies internally and externally.
Build and maintain relationships with partner organizations, public institutions, and community leaders.
Write and edit communications, including presentations, scripts, articles, and reports.
Collaborate with the Corporate Communications team to create awareness of CSR initiatives.
Staying abreast of relevant research and trends in the areas of focus and promoting best practices.
Develop and manage the CSR budget, ensuring effective allocation and utilization of funds.
Monitor project expenses and prepare financial reports related to CSR initiatives.
Requirements
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations and Business Administration, or social sciences. (2.1/ Upper Credit Minimum)
2–3 years of experience in CSR, community development, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proven experience working with public institutions, NGOs, or government agencies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with CSR trends, standards, and frameworks (e.g., SDGs).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
