JOB PURPOSE

To prepare food and beverages efficiently and pack for service as per set Standard Operating Procedures and professional standards/ requirements.

Academic and professional qualifications

  1. Certificate /Diploma in Food & Beverage Production
  2. Minimum of 1 year experience in a busy hospital

Other added advantages

  1. Should have experience in working in a kitchen providing meals for large numbers
  2. Good communication (written and verbal) skills, including well developed presentation skills.
  3. Wide knowledge of Food and Beverage Production and Service.
  4. Food handler’s certification
  5. Certificate of Good Conduct
