Triage and Nurse Advice: Assess caller needs and urgency to provide SRH information, medical advice, and guidance on whether they need to visit a doctor or can manage their care at home.
Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and manage appointments with healthcare providers, both at our hub and other facilities. Help patients find convenient appointment times and keep schedules up-to-date.
Medication Refills: Assist clients with prescription refills by verifying details with their provider and coordinating the refill process.
General Healthcare Information: Offer valuable information on a variety of SRH and primary health-related topics, including preventive care, disease management, and community healthcare resources.
After-Hours Support: Provide exceptional support during evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure continuous care for our patients when other facilities may be closed.

Talent over qualifications.

Degree in Mass communications,
Public Health or related fields.
A medical officer who is tech savy.
Experience or background with SRH organizations/programs even as a Peer Educator!
