Job Title: Contact Center Agent (English, Hausa, Yoruba, or Igbo Speaking)
Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Contact Center Agent to join our team. As a Contact Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat, and/or social media.
- Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer inquiries, and promote our products or services.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues in a fair and satisfactory manner.
- Educate customers on our products or services.
- Complete customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Achieve performance metrics.
- Document customer interactions, transactions, and issues in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Work with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and technical support, to resolve customer issues and promote our products or services.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum of 2.2) or HND (Minimum of Upper Credit)
- No experience required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft office suites .
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, and holidays.
Salary
- N120,000 / Monthly
