Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc (Lower credit) / HND (upper credit) in any discipline.
- Must have 1-2 years in customer service/contact center in a financial institution, Microfinance/point of Sale.
- Good communication skills i.e. (Ability to listen actively and respond appropriately to customer’s needs.
- Good customer relationship management. i.e. (Ability to handle customers inquires, complaints & support requests).
- Problem-solving skills
- Resilient and proactive attitude
- Applicant should be 26 years or below.
Salary
- N120,000 / Month (Net)
