Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting the right computers and accessories based on their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers.
- Provide basic troubleshooting and repair services for computers and laptops.
- Maintain and update inventory, ensuring the showroom is well-stocked and organized.
- Process sales transactions and handle customer queries.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Assist with setting up and configuring new systems and software for customers.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest computer products and trends in the market.
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma or certification in Information Technology or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer repairs (hardware and software troubleshooting).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with different types of computer hardware and software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
