COMPUTER SALES INTERN

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting the right computers and accessories based on their needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and repair services for computers and laptops.
  • Maintain and update inventory, ensuring the showroom is well-stocked and organized.
  • Process sales transactions and handle customer queries.
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Assist with setting up and configuring new systems and software for customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest computer products and trends in the market.

Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma or certification in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of computer repairs (hardware and software troubleshooting).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with different types of computer hardware and software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
