Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to management.
- Manage company correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Organize meetings, schedules, and maintain records.
Assist in handling office supplies and procurement. - Ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the office.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative or office management roles is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
