Community Oral Health Officer (COHO) – Kimilili
We are currently hiring for the above position
Job Overview:
- Provide safe, effective, patient centered, timely, efficient and equitable care to all patients that visit Bliss healthcare medical centers.
- Contributing clinical Dental expertise to patient care in the facilities
- Performing administrative duties and risk management.
- Ensuring the highest standards in patient care are maintained.
- Verifying complex diagnoses and facilitating treatment plans.
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Reporting to senior management, as well as liaising between administrative and medical staff.
Requirements -Education, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma in Community Oral Health from a recognized institution.
- Two years of progressive relevant working experience.
- Valid practicing license.
- Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills is required together with proven leadership capabilities.
- Proactive team player with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work with minimum supervision.
