Mission:
We are looking for a passionate Community Manager with a love for travel and nature, capable of enhancing our presence on social media, primarily Instagram and Facebook. You will be responsible for creating and managing engaging content that reflects the essence of our luxury safaris.
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Design visuals and write captivating text to promote our offerings and destinations.
- Social Media Management: Engage our Instagram and Facebook accounts by posting regularly and interacting with our community.
- Content Strategy: Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with our brand image and business goals.
- Analysis and Reporting: Monitor post performance, analyze data, and adjust the strategy accordingly.
- Lodge Visits: Conduct lodge visits to create authentic and immersive content.
- Blog Writing: Write a monthly blog post to optimize SEO for the website.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency across all communications.
Desired Profile:
- Proven experience in social media management, ideally in the tourism or luxury sector.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) and social media analytics tools.
- Excellent photography and videography skills.
- Bilingual in French and English, with strong oral and written proficiency in both languages.
- Knowledge of East Africa and its destinations.
- Passion for travel, nature, and luxury experiences.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
