About the Role
As a Community Engagement Specialist, you’ll play a vital role as the bridge between our organization and the communities we serve. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and Assessing Beneficiaries: Locating children who meet the program’s criteria and assessing their eligibility for financial aid.
- Community Outreach: Engaging with local leaders, schools, and community organizations to raise awareness and reach potential beneficiaries.
- Data Collection and Reporting: Documenting and reporting on beneficiaries’ needs, ensuring accurate records for program support.
Qualifications
- Background in social work, community development, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in diverse communities.
- Experience in community engagement, outreach, or beneficiary support preferred.
