We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic communications, marketing, & branding manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing our communications and marketing strategies, enhancing brand awareness, and driving engagement across various channels and brands.

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic problem solver with fresh ideas and energy who is looking for an opportunity to create, grow and learn in an impact-first development company. They should have a strong blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution skills.
Generally, the role involves:
- Working with all departments to ensure active, qualified, and smart lead generation that drives sales growth, tenancy, brand visibility, and credibility.
- Digital management, including but not limited to website re-design, management and content, SEO/SEM optimization, CRM system, and e-marketing.
- Managing, tracking and reporting all aspects of the company’s branding and communication efforts, including but not limited to content and collateral creation for the website(s), social media, press releases, templates and other communication channels.
- Partnering with the executive team on research, fundraising, and impact documentation and reporting as required and in alignment with Zima’s mission, vision, strategy, and programs.
Ideal qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong understanding and experience in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, branding, communication and marketing principles and experience managing strong brand identities across multiple channels.
- Access to and /or familair with the necessary equipment and software for professional content/collateral creation and post-processing.
