We’re Hiring: Collections Officer
Are you a results-driven professional with strong negotiation and communication skills? Join our team at SLS Solutions International Ltd as a Collections Officer and play a key role in managing and recovering outstanding debts while maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
– Contact debtors and negotiate repayment plans.
– Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely debt recovery.
– Conduct field visits for high-ticket defaulters.
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve disputes professionally.
– Maintain accurate records and prepare portfolio reports.
– Ensure compliance with company policies and legal procedures.
Qualifications
– Experience: Minimum of 1 year in debt collection services or related activities.
– Education: Degree in Business or any related field.
-Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
-Bonus: Training in debt collection or call center services is an added advantage.
