Role Description
- Connect with our customers through phone calls, emails, and personal interactions to understand their readiness and capability to make payments
- Keep track of your daily activities, including the number of calls made, successful contacts, payment promises made, and those kept, all using the Bank’s designated Collections system
- Work together with customers to create effective payment plans and settlements that help keep their accounts on track
- Address customer objections and complaints with professionalism, coordinating with relevant departments as needed to find resolutions
- Look into and resolve any discrepancies in customers’ payment schedules and repayment methods
Requirements
- Preferred: 12 months and above experience in consumer loans operation, if possible in a call center or in a similar collection center function
- Customer service and communication skills
- Finance knowledge and experience with payment processing systems
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
