Job Overview:
- Provide safe, effective, patient centered, timely, efficient and equitable care to all patients that visit Bliss healthcare medical centres.
- Contributing clinical psychological expertise to patient care in the facilities.
- Ensuring the highest standards in patient care are maintained.
- Verifying complex diagnoses and facilitating treatment plans.
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Requirements -Education, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field.
- Valid membership/practice license from
Kenya Psychological Association. - At least three (3) years of progressive relevant experience.
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and psychotherapy across the lifespan.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity in working with diverse populations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.
