Clerical Officer / Driver

Qualifications:

  • KCSE certificate or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Clerical Officer..
  • A valid driving license with a Di or D2 category, or a PSV license.
  • Certificate of Good Conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist With organizing and maintaining records related to logistics, such as inventory management, transport scheduling, and documentation.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail, sorting, distributing, and ensuring packages reach their intended recipients efficiently.
  • Support office administrative functions such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Transport staff or goods to designated locations promptly and safely.
  • Ensure the safety of passengers, goods, and the vehicle during trips.
  • Plan efficient routes to avoid delays and ensure timely arrivals.
  • Perform other assigned duties that may include running errands or courier tasks.
