
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in cleaning and housekeeping, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Background in housekeeping with training in cleaning techniques, health, and safety.
- Experience working in middle-level hotels or hospitals, starting as a cleaner and progressing to a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of beautification, sanitation, and health & safety compliance.
- Ability to supervise and train cleaning staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage cleaning schedules and staff performance.
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment, supplies, and sustainable cleaning practices..
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the cleaning team to ensure high cleanliness standards across the school.
- Maintain and enforce health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations.
- Oversee beautification efforts, including cleanliness of school grounds, landscaping, and interiors.
- Conduct inspections and audits to assess the effectiveness of cleaning procedures.
- Train and mentor cleaning staff, ensuring efficiency and adherence to best practices.
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and usage.
- Address and resolve any cleaning-related issues or complaints.
- Ensure all cleaning operations align with the school’s standards and environmental sustainability practices.
