- Preparing chemical concentration samples
- Preparing cleaning sanitation media
- Cleaning of the interior surfaces of pipes, tanks and vessels
- Monitoring and Evaluation
- Record keeping and Accountability
Qualifications And Experience
- Diploma in Chemistry, Food Science and Technology or any other related field
- 1 Year relevant experience in food processing and manufacturing
- Training in HACCP and GMP is an added advantage
