It is the leading institute in environmental assessment and advo-cacy, and plays a crucial role in advancing environmental management practices and enhancing environmental standards in Kenya
Role Overview:
We seek a dynamic CEO to provide strategic, financial, and operational leadership. The ideal candidate will drive our mission and vision, foster growth, efficiency, and innovation, and lead our team in achieving key strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
The CEO will be responsible for overseeing operations and finances, developing and implementing strategic plans, providing financial guidance, optimizing financial partnerships, and mentoring staff.
Educational Background:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field
- Training in environmental science, environmental management, sustainability, or a related field is an added advantage
Professional Experience:
- Extensive experience in environmental management, policy, advocacy, or related areas
- At least 5 years experience in a leadership roles in similar organizations
The candidate should be able to demonstrate passion for environmental issues and sustainability.
