Responsibilities and Duties:
- Lead and manage a team of car sales field agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Monitor team performance through regular assessments, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Monitor individual and team performance metrics, providing regular feedback and conducting performance evaluations.
- Conduct weekly team meetings to discuss sales strategies, share best practices, and address any challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in asset financing sales or a related field, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
